Privacy Policy

What Proactive Strategies, Inc. collects through this website, how it is used and the choices you have.

Draft for owner and legal review. Last updated November 3, 2026.

What we collect

If you fill out the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the topic you choose and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share in that conversation. Like most websites, our web server also records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, and the form uses a scrambled version of your IP address to limit spam.

How we use it

To reply to you and arrange a consultation.
To provide services you have asked us to provide.
To keep this website working and protect it from spam and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Please keep sensitive details off this website

Do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, account numbers or identification through the contact form or by email. The form has no file upload, and it is set up to refuse messages that appear to contain such numbers. After a consultation, we will explain how to share documents securely.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If that ever changes, we will update this policy.

When we share information

We share information only with providers that help us run this website and handle its email, with professionals you ask us to coordinate with, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no website or email system can be perfectly secure.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other organizations, such as the IRS, FinCEN and Intuit. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.
